Plants available late May through October, dependent on inventory. Exact dates depend on growing conditions. Pickup time will be arranged by email when plants are ready.

Slow plants are the best plants. Orders placed in May may not be ready for four or more weeks. Give us time to get your plants to the proper size.

Quart Pot
A deep 4x4.5" square pot is our standard. Well-developed roots help the plant establish quickly. All plants are in a quart pot unless otherwise stated.
Plug Flat
A plastic tray with 38 plants. Single-species or pre-designed kits. Economically plant larger areas. 5" deep and spaced for optimal crown growth.
Gallon Pots
Large round pots filled with shrubs or mature plants for garden showpieces.
Plants for Wet Soil
These plants can tolerate the wet. Some like well-drained soils that are frequently moist, and some will just grow straight up through standing water. Some like riverbanks or shores and will hold tough against erosion. Some would love duking it out with the non-native species in your ditch. Most would do well in a rain garden or would turn a problem wet area in your yard into rich habitat and beauty. The UP is water-rich, and these are the plants for that bit of our world.
